there is onething that is common among kids world wide that is playing games.
every community has games that they play.
these games are cheap yet rich knowledge.
they are fun.
and educational.
some of the traditional games played in Southern Africa are:
- morabaraba
- skipping rope
- diketo
- hide and seek
- malepa
- skontibolo
- mmele
- koi
- terena
- suna baby e.t.c
was played by children of age between 5 to 20 years and some could be
played by older people for example mmele.
what do you need?
- hard board or soft cardboard
- twelve pieces per player
- two players
- above all time to play.
